Personalised Programming Delivered Via App

After an initial consultation, a program will be designed, and tailored to your fitness goals, needs, and abilities, including the following:
-Exercises 
-Sets and reps
-Rest periods

Weekly Check-Ins

We'll then have weekly check-ins, where I will:
-Monitor your progress
-Make adjustments as necessary
-Update your sets, reps and intensity of your program
This will also give you the oppurtunity to ask any questions or any updates you might have.

Continuing Guidance and Support

Your program will be updated regularly via an app, further you will be able to send a message to me at anytime to answer any questions you might have.
